Fountain of energy
All Levels
In Pranayama a correct spine and a strong diaphragm muscle is very important, wrong growth of the spine is the root of all problems.
The hallmark of Yogveda Yoga is first spine correction. In most of the cases no medical yoga is needed. The pranayama class starts with the correction of spine and the strengthening of the diaphragm and after that Pranayama exercises are done. It is advised to combine Asana and Pranayama class together for best results.

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply.
When your life is racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind. Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching.
